My goal as a Naturopathic Doctor is to help you to understand your body. That’s why we dedicate an entire session to reviewing your labs. You’ll actually understand what’s going on in your body and know exactly what steps we’ll take to support your fertility.

At Castaldi Wellness, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatments and I certainly don’t offer a band-aid approach when it comes to healing. You’ll receive an individualized care plan based on both your lab results and all of the information that we cover during your consultation.

Care plans include nutrition, lifestyle, supplement and additional lab testing when needed.

I’m going to toot my own horn here and let you know that the care plan I’ll create for you will be thorough, personalized, and designed to get results. That said, fertility isn’t always predictable, and not every body responds exactly as expected.

That’s why you’ll have ongoing 1:1 support over 12 weeks. We’ll check in regularly, tweak your plan as needed, and make adjustments to keep you moving steadily toward your fertility goals.
