Hi, I’m Dr. Emily.

I'm a naturopathic doctor who specializes in fertility and I built this package because I kept seeing the same women in my practice. Smart, motivated, doing all the right things, but still not getting answers.

    At the end of this session, we order a comprehensive DUTCH Complete hormone panel and a full serum blood panel — testing that goes far beyond what standard fertility workups include, covering your hormones, how your body is metabolizing them, your stress response, ovarian reserve, inflammation and nutrient status.

  • Once your results are in, we go through everything together in plain language. You'll receive a written lab review document explaining your results, what it all means for your fertility and what we're going to do about it.

    Your personalized protocol includes targeted supplement recommendations, dietary guidance, and lifestyle support, built around your specific results, not a generic template.

  • Fertility isn't always linear, so we check in twice as you move through your protocol, monitoring your progress, adjusting your plan as needed and supporting your body as it responds.

    You'll also have access to me through the client portal for questions between sessions, so you're never left wondering if you're on the right track.

  • This isn't a replacement for your fertility specialist or OB, and it's not meant to be. It works alongside the care you're already getting. Fertility specialists and OBs run important tests, but their workup is typically focused on whether something is immediately treatable through medication or procedures. Her Fertility Package is a root-cause investigation: we look at how your hormones are functioning, how your body is metabolizing them, what your nutrient status looks like and how your stress response is affecting your cycle. Many of my clients have already seen specialists and been told everything looks normal. This is the next layer of looking.

  • Wonderful, that's the goal. We'll adapt your protocol to support early pregnancy and make sure you have everything you need going into your first trimester.


  • No. Whether you've been trying for three years, or just preparing your body, if you want a root-cause understanding of your hormonal health before conception, this program is designed for you.


  • Most of the program is self-directed. You're following your protocol, tracking your cycle and messaging me with questions as they come up. Appointments happen at the beginning, after your labs come back, and at six and twelve weeks. Between visits the portal is always open.
